All lease agreements are for 1 year. Resident Artists are able to pay rent monthly, quarterly, or annually. Upon signature of lease the Resident Artist is required to submit first month, last month, and their security deposit (in the amount of first month's rent).
Water Street Studios is now offering a STUDIO SPECIAL for all new Resident Artists. If you sign up before June 1, 2019 you will receive your first month free.

Water Street Studios holds all necessary insurances for common spaces and the building in general. We recommend that Resident Artists secure renters insurance for their individual studio spaces.
