Tiny Space with Light and Height for You in Flatiron Arts Building

Hi! I have a teeny-tiny space, a satellite to my main studio in the Flatiron. It measures a "whopping" FOUR FEET WIDE by 16 feet deep, with an 11' ceiling, and tall window on north-facing wall. A desk, chair and lamp are included for your use.

IT IS SMALL. But the space has airflow, north-facing window light, and a high ceiling. And it's in the Flatiron Arts Building, right at the center of Wicker Park's action.

Recently, a writer was using the space for her writing practice. She has finished her thesis project, so no longer needs the studio space. We are looking for someone new to occupy the space. The arrangement would be month-to-month, up to (and possibly beyond) a year. We are hoping for at least a 3-month commitment.

We are asking $500 per month for the space, which includes 5G Wifi that we'll provide.

*Please make sure you know what "four feet wide" is before coming to view the space. It's not quite wide enough to spread out our arms full length, unless you're of very short stature. That being said, it works great, if you like working on smaller artworks, design or other computer-generated work, or writing. It's also a great meditation space, or space to meet one-on-one with clients.
