Renting made easy

We've rented out our space for weddings, baby showers, workshops, video shoots, and more! The process is quick and easy:

1. View our Schedule for our Venue or our basement
2. Select the timeframe you would like to reserve
3. Register and Login
4. Pay the rental amount
5. Receive notifications on how to enter the property.
   

Please note, we do not allow any performances using this rental system. If you are looking to put up a performance that is open to the public, you must contact us. Located at 1462 N. Ashland in Chicago, our venue offers a variety of amenities to ensure your event is a success:

• Convenient Location – Our venue is easily accessible by buses, trains, elevated trains, cars, and bikes. Plus, we're just a quick ride from O'Hare Airport via the Blue Line.
• Comfortable Capacity – Host up to 48 guests with 15 tables available.
• State-of-the-Art Sound and Lighting – Enjoy access to our microphones, sound system and lighting system with a general wash.
• Complete Privacy – Experience full privacy from neighbors for your event.
• Climate-Controlled Comfort – Our venue offers air conditioning and heat for year-round comfort as well as a fresh air intake system
• Convenient Facilities – We have 2 bathrooms and a drinking fountain available for your guests.
• ADA Accessibility - Our facilities are fully accessible.
• Nearby Accommodations – A brand new Hyatt Place Hotel is located right across the street for your out-of-town guests.
• We can open the kitchen and bar for an additional fee​
