I am subletting my gorgeous + spacious 575 sq artist's studio at Mana Contemporary in Pilsen. It will be available starting July with flexible move in dates. The lease ends November 30th with the option to renew. Rent is $1000/month which includes Mana's required insurance.
I am ideally looking for someone who can take over for the remainder of this lease. The studio has excellent natural light and factory windows, tall ceilings. It is on the most recently renovated floor of the building. Learn more about Mana's studios
