3-4 studiomates wanted for an East Garfield Park shared studio space in a 1 story historical building. I have been here for 3 years and my other studiomates are moving to other spaces. I'm looking for people to start moving in Dec 1st. The space will be reorganized according to the needs of the new studiomates. The space also has large blank walls in the downstairs area that can potentially be used as an alternative gallery space as well. Please contact me if interested and can move in or start helping with rent starting in December.Specs:• Rent (utilities included) is $1500 per month divided by the number of studiomates• Vented heat and central AC• 2 restrooms in the hall, one is heated and the other has a slop sink• 1400 sq ft open, shared downstairs area• upstairs loft the length of the space that is essentially divided into 4 sections (5th section we currently use for shared lounge/mini fridge• full wall of tall warehouse style windows in loft area with a lot of amazing light• north facing rooftop deck length of the space with a view of freight trains passing by and city • access to gated gravel parking lot and loading dock • easy street parking
