Studio/Woodshop

Storefront studio space with full wood shop available starting June 1st. The space is shared between four members primarily working in wood and/or sculpture and would be best suited to someone whose practice is not very dust sensitive.

Included is roughly 100 sq/ft of personal work area, shared flex/overflow space, a small street facing window display, and shared access to a full basement wood shop. Tools include a cabinet saw, 6" jointer, 13" planer, bandsaw, router table, drill press, belt sander, and a limited collection of handheld power tools for common use.

24/7 access with limitations on late night power tool use/noise generation.

Monthly rent is a flat fee that includes utilities, insurance, neighborhood service fee, and a small budget for tool maintenance and repair.

A sturdy workbench and storage cabinets are also available if interested.
