studio sublet
Shared studio sublet I have approximately 150 sq. ft. in my studio available for sublet. $270/ month. This is a shared space. There is no window and the ceiling is low. It is in a basement unit at the Noyes Cultural Arts Center in Evanston. I would prefer to rent to someone who works nights and weekends. I do a fair bit of hammering, so it is not always quiet.
