1066 sq. ft. studio/office/workshop available at Norwich. Join a community of builders, makers, and artisans in a sustainably renovated, creative environment! This first-floor studio has windows to south and west, and has refurbished wooden floors. Norwich, and its neighbor Bubbly, has three-phase power, loading dock with ramp, shared metal fabrication tools, shared break room, shower, backyard garden spaces. We also offer collaboration opportunities with our business community at The Plant (www.insidetheplant.com), which is also owned/operated by Bubbly Dynamics. $1600 monthly base rent includes basic electricity, heat, and wifi for general purposes; additional fees may apply for heavy power usage or to accommodate other utility needs.
