Building has concrete floors, large freight elevator, three-phase power, loading dock with ramp, shared metal fabrication tools, shared break room, shower, backyard garden spaces. We also encourage collaboration opportunities with our business community at The Plant (www.insidetheplant.com) which is also owned/operated by Bubbly Dynamics. $1,550 monthly base rent includes basic electricity, heat, and wifi for general purposes; additional fees may apply for heavy power usage or to accommodate other utility needs.
