Thank you for your interest in Stage 773! Our building houses 4 beautiful theatres that all have a different configuration. We have two 150-seat mainstages, one 80-seat blackbox, and one 70-seat cabaret. Here is a link to our Virtual Tour for you to get familiar with our space!The price for the Thrust or the Pro- our mainstage theatres that seat 148- is $2,700 per week for non-profit organizations, and $3,200 per week for for-profits. This price includes full box office, lighting and sound package, and marketing assistance. We also a full bar, and valet parking on the weekends. You can have up to 5 shows per week and 24/7 access to your space until you open.Our BlackBox, which seats 78, is $1,250 per week for non-profits, and $1,500 for for-profits, and includes full box office, lighting and sound package, pre-hung light grid, and marketing assistance. You can also have up to 5 shows per week and 24/7 access to your space until you open.Our Cabaret seats 70 and books out nightly. Prices are $200 and a 50/50 box office split per night on the weekdays, and $250 with a 50/50 split on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. You can also pay a flat $300 on an off night, and $350 on a primetime and keep all of your box office proceeds. These prices includes full box office, marketing assistance, and a stage manager.In addition to performances, we also rent out for meetings, parties, weddings, workshops, rehearsals, auditions, and much more!
