Spacious Suburban Dance Studio

Per hour: Studio 1: $30/hour; Studio 2: $25/hour; Studio 3: $20/hour

$35/hour performance any day of week/time of day (rehearsal/set up/TD fees to be negotiated)

Each renter assumes liability for injury of any persons they invite to the space, including but not limited to: injury to students in the renter’s class, injury to performers or collaborators in the rehearsal, injury to guests or audience members at a showing. Renter shall carry its own liability insurance and may be requested to provide a certificate of liability insurance naming VH Dance Center, LLC as an additional insured, with minimum per-occurrence coverage of $1,000,000 personal and property coverage.

When leaving the studio, lights must be turned off, stereo turned off, and front door locked. If heat is in use, thermostats must be turned down to 60 degrees. If air conditioning is in use, thermostat must be turned up to 80 degrees. If these conditions are not met, a $25 fee will be charged to cover the additional utility costs. If the studio is damaged or left in an unacceptable condition, the renter will also encounter fees to cover the cleaning and/or repairs (fee to be determined by the extent of the damages

VH Dance Center is located about 4 miles west of I-355, and about 4 miles south of I-88, at the intersection of 75th street & Naper Blvd, Naperville, in the Market Meadows Shopping Center. The studio is a few stores down from a Jewel-Osco store. A large off-street parking lot is available.

Renters recognize and understand the risks of physical injury inherent to dance and dance training, and fully assume those risks. Renters hereby release VH Dance Center, its event sponsors, employees and dance teachers from all liability for injuries sustained or illnesses contracted while attending or participation in any dance classes, rehearsals, workshops or performances. Renters agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VH Dance Center, its event sponsors, employees, and dance teachers for liabilities, costs and judgments arising from omissions committed by renters and/or their guests which result in injury or damage to any person or property. Renters understand and agree that it is their sole responsibility to safeguard their personal property while attending or participating in any classes, rehearsals, workshops or performances at VH Dance Center. Renters hereby release VH Dance Center, its event sponsors, employees and dance teachers from all liability for loss or damage to their personal property while attending or participating in classes, rehearsals, workshops or performances at VH Dance Center. Renters also agree to abide by any rules, regulations and policies set forth by VH Dance Center
