Simple Space with lofty ceiling & light in Flatiron Arts Building
Hello! This space is a simple, somewhat small but meditative space we call "Monastic Fantastic", because it's great for having alone time to write, draw, paint, do desk work, meditate, or all of the above! We have it set up very simply with a tiltable drafting desk, chair and lamp. The desk looks out onto North Avenue, and the walls are bare, great for hanging your works in progress, or inspirational images. The space has been a great little getaway, sanctuary, and work space for a creative writer friend of ours, and once they move out at the end of April, we want to find another person who could make good use of it for their creative or work needs. The space is narrow and long, 4' wide by 16' deep, with a high 11' ceiling and hardwood floors. Not for everyone, but great for someone! We're starting to sublet the space on May 1st. Hoping to hear from you so we can show you around! We're asking $500/month for this space, utilities and WiFi included.

The Flatiron Arts Building has coded access 24/7, with a security guard in the lobby. There is an elevator (manual doors). The Building is located at the heart of Wicker Park, at the corners of Milwaukee, North, and Damen. Blue line Damen stop is across the street, and multiple buses stop nearby. This is a great spot, location-wise!

This space is a sattelite of LMN Wedge Studio and Gallery, which is just two doors down. We are subletting this space starting May 1st, for up to one year, and can possibly extend that beyond a year. We are hoping for at least a three-month commitment.
staff/office equipment
small drafting desk (can tilt), good adjustable office chair, and standing lamp are included (but you're welcome to change them out if you don't want to use them). Floor cushion, different lighting, coffee maker, and other amenities are available if you'd like to borrow them from our other space for the length of your sublet.
