Shared Studio Space

Great space and great studio mates! We are two painters in a storefront studio looking for a third artist to share our space. We have an open studio plan with each artist's section clearly demarcated. We have a large utility sink and a bathroom. The available space is 253 square feet with lots of natural light from a large glass block window. We're just steps away from the Morse stop on the Red Line.
