Shared artist studio (Window spot, 2nd floor), Mana Contemporary

Urgently looking for one artist/studio mate to join my window space on the 2nd floor at Mana Contemporary in Pilsen. This studio is shared with 3 other people.

About the space:

Size: 1000sqft with high ceilings, big windows and plenty of natural light. Each person gets about 300 sqft.

Floor: 2nd floor studio with easy access through stairs.

Facilities: Access to loading dock, mailroom, 24 hour studio access, and library

Community: Access to one of the strongest artist communities in Chicago with events like Open Studios, exhibitions, artist talks, and etc.

Shared Space: You will be 1 of 4 tenants in the studio

Parking: Parking is included in the rent.

Utilities: All utilities, including high-speed internet and insurance, included in the rent.

Lease: Flexible between 3-4 months with a possibility to renew.

Space: This is a big spot right next to the large windows in the studio. Ideal for someone who likes natural light where they are working.

Rent: $495/month

About me:

I graduated from School of the Art Institute of Chicago in 2019 and have been at Mana since. I run a small studio operation with a 3D printer, electronics station, a gaming rig, and a couple of other tools. I primarily work in the creative coding and 3D modeling space.

Move-In Date: The studio is available to move-in urgently starting December 1, 2025.
