Studiomate Wanted for Semi-Private Two Story Shared Art Studio

Hello! My studiommate of the past year recently moved to New York, and I am looking for someone to take on the other half of the lease (and bottom level of the space).

The studio has two entrances: one private entrance that is accessible from the parking lot, and one going out to the main hallway/rest of the building. It has two floors with a staircase leading up to the higher level. The space splits up nicely between the two levels— I’m currently set up on the upper level, so I’m looking for someone to take the main level.

Amenities include:

Multiple windows in space

Free wifi

Parking onsite

Slop sink down the hall

LED lighting

Multiple outlets

Rent is $475/month (each, rent for whole unit is $950). This includes utilities. The studio is a part of a larger artistic community, with a lot of cool artists working in the building and open studio nights a few times a year to share your work and socialize.

The space also has 24/7 access, with a key to the studio as well as an electronic keychain that gets you into the main entrance of the building (where the bathrooms are located).

If you’re interested, feel free to reach out. I also have some pictures of the space I can send over if interested. It’s a wonderful studio, and I’d be happy to give a tour— just shoot me an email with your availability and we can set something up :)
