Small, but lovely, this space is a curtained-off nook within the larger LMN Wedge Studio and Gallery. The space is 57" x 104", and has a curtain separating it from the rest of the studio. The ceilings are 11', and the space is filled with light, looking out on Milwaukee and Damen, and the CTA Damen stop in the distance. The large south-facing windows have blackout blinds that you can use to make the space almost fully-dark, however.The larger studio is an artist's studio and gallery, with no gallery activity through the end of the lease.I hold events at the space, usually once weekly. Your space would be accessible 24/7, thougthe rest of the studio is in use mostly during weekday mornings, and then one evening a week (Weds, for now), for a figure drawing group, and sometimes a weekend morning or afternoon workshop. People who are mature, quiet, and non-smokers are welcome to contact me.
