Lovely Cave: Private Studio space sublet -no windows!

Lovely Cave: "shared" (with some storage items), but actually private: This roughly 12'x15' space is in the interior of the building, on the 2nd Floor (dealbreaker alert: this particular space has no exterior windows- no natural light- there is one large window that opens onto the hall, usually covered with a curtain). If it's ok, I'd knock off $100/month if you'd let me keep a few storage bins and garment racks in the back corner. I'm asking $600/month (or $500/month if I can keep a few things in the space- which I would prefer) The arrangement would go through April, with the possibility to extend after that. Desk/worktable and chair, lighting, and even an easel, can be included. (note: photos are of space with current storage items in place- but hopefully you can envision the space without clutter!- will clear when space is spoken for)

below: see photos of this (and my other individual studio space sublet up for grabs "Monastic Fantastic", as well as the co-working area (my main art studio and gallery, in the video)
