Looking for a studio mate in Ravenswood
We have a studio space available to share with me and another artist. The available area is 320 sq. ft. (see attached photo). The rent is $446/month, plus utilities (averaged about $40/month per person last year).
The studio is on the 2nd floor (no elevator) with a tall ceiling, large east-facing window, AC, and central heat/air. The building is well-managed, clean, and secure, with front-door intercom and safe street parking nearby.
The lease is for one year starting December 1, 2025, with the possibility of moving in sooner.
