Live/Work Artist Space in Pilsen

Seeking Artist-in-Residence to join our team at Parlour and Ramp as a working artist and roommate. Must be an active artist with experience. Art comes in many forms so we’d love to see what you do! Please include images of your work and IG/website.


Located in the Pilsen area, Parlour and Ramp is a DIY artist collective and gallery space run by its residents and local artists. The entire space is a 4 bedroom, 4 bath unit with a gallery attached. Upstairs room available, pictures in post detailing upstairs bedroom and common area.

The ideal artist has experience or is open to working and living in an artist collective, is dedicated to their and other’s work, and has knowledge in photoshop/illustrator and basic social media/website update skills preferred. Residency with Parlour and Ramp also requires artists to assist with gallery work 10-15 hours a month that may include: prepping gallery for shows, hanging artwork and install, working the donation bar, posting on social media or updating website, and other basic help. Kitchen and washing machine/dryer in-unit. Single parking spot available. A personal studio space can be provided dependent on your practice!
