Ample Space: This second-floor studio spans 1000sqft, divided equally among the tenants. No matter your medium, there is plenty of room for your projects.

Flexible Lease: Don't want to sign a 1 year lease? We got you! You can sign a flexible contract between 3-6 months to see if you like the space and the building.

Abundant Natural Light: The studio is bathed in natural light, creating the perfect ambiance for your creative endeavors. Say goodbye to dimly lit spaces and welcome an abundance of inspiration.

24/7 Access & Security: With around-the-clock access and top-notch security measures, you can create at any hour with peace of mind.

Amenities: The second floor provides restrooms and a public sink for your process needs. Additionally, the studio includes high-speed WiFi internet access as part of your rent.

Lease & Rent: Each tenant pays $495 per month, which includes all amenities and insurance. You will be provided with a studio key and a fob, granting you 24-hour access.

About Me: I am a New-Media artist based in Chicago, a graduate of the School of the Art Institute of Chicago in 2019. My studio is equipped with a 3D printer, electronics station, gaming rig, and other tools. My primary focus is creative coding and 3D modeling.
