Join our artisan collective in Hermosa

Space available in a shared artisan collective space in Hermosa, next to Logan Square! Inside a large commercial building with 2 floors, basement, loading docks, large freight elevator, heat, bathrooms, wifi. We have microwave and fridge. Other artist spaces in the building. We are freelancers in the TV industry + 1 professional sign painter. We are 2 carpenters, 3 set dec department, 1 fx artist, 1 colorist, 1 grip, 1 sign painter. Seeking a few new members. For $200/month you get: your own storage space with 6’x10’ footprint. access to our 2495.95 sq ft shop space. we are seeking to add membership because we are expanding into the recently vacated adjacent unit that has a loft. We are planning a lounge/meeting space in the loft and a coloring suite beneath it. We have been sharing space together for a couple years now. About all of us work in tv and film. Our goal is to set ourselves up as a collective that provides video production services for commercials and things, so that we can work as a collective, rather than share a space for individual projects. We’d love to get some more post production people involved to be a part of the coloring suite we are building out in our new space.
