Joel Hall Dancers & Center opened a newly-constructed studio in September 2024. When not in use for class or rehearsals, our 29'x38' studio space is available for rent. We have two rates: one for nonprofit rehearsals, another for commercial/class use.

Features a Connor Dance Proforma III sprung floor with Connor's proprietary vinyl covering. A Sonos WiFi sound system and a portable Yahama sound system (with aux cable, iPhone adapter) are available onsite for audio playback.

The studio is located on the CTA 22 & 78 bus routes, and near the Wilson Red Line "L" stop and the Ravenswood UP-N Metra station. Metered street parking is available on Clark, with free parking on local residential streets.
There are no lockers or changing rooms onsite.

Nonprofit rental rates are $30/hr for rehearsals. Proof of 501c3 status required. Classes or commercial rentals start at $75/hr. If rental takes place outside of normal JHDC work or program hours, an additional $25/hr is charged for onsite support.
