Originally built in 1936, the landmark location is bathed in natural light from northern, southern, and eastern window exposures that boast sweeping panoramic views of the Chicago skyline. Ideal for creative and commercial use, the spacious and versatile location is perfect for photo shoots, videos, and more!
The raw space currently offers wifi, select rental equipment including lighting, prop and furniture rental, public restrooms, a loading dock and ample parking.
Future amenities will include a theatrical lighting grid designed by Schuler Shook Theatrical Planners, full catering kitchen, audio and surveillance.

CLEANING FEE INCLUDED IN THE HOURLY RATE FOR FILM AND PHOTOSHOOT PRODUCTIONS.
ALL RENTAL START AND END TIMES ARE INCLUSIVE OF SET-UP AND CLEAN-UP TIME. OVERTIME CHARGES WILL BE APPLIED AT 1.5X THE HOURLY RATE FOR ANY BOOKING RUNNING 15 MINUTES PAST THE TIME SET FORTH IN THE RENTAL CONTRACT.
NO SMOKING, ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES OR DANGEROUS CONDUCT PERMITTED. ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES WITHOUT PRIOR PERMISSION AND ADDITIONAL LIABILITY INSURANCE ARE NOT ALLOWED.
NO MODIFICATION TO THE STUDIO SHALL BE MADE. STUDIO WILL BE RETURNED TO THE CONDITION IT WAS FOUND. ALL GARBAGE MUST BE BAGGED AND REMOVED FROM THE PREMISES AND DISPOSED OF PROPERLY IN DESIGNATED AREAS. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN A $250 CLEANING FEE.
A VALID CREDIT CARD MUST BE KEPT ON FILE.
A SALONLB. REPRESENTATIVE WILL BE PRESENT ON SITE FOR THE DURATION OF ALL RENTALS.
