You’ll have access to communal spaces as they are built out, each studio is private with four 8ft high walls. If sharing / splitting studio space is of interest, each studio can fit 1-4 people. Material storage outside of studio spaces can also be accommodated and negotiated.

There are occasionally furniture sales held at this space, once a month on weekend days from 11am-6pm. This is a space you will share with the furniture warehouse connected to Pilsen Vintage. You can hold open studios if you desire or close off your space for the duration of these sales .
