Great studio space in Rogers Park

We are two artists looking for a third artist to share our storefront studio. Each of us has our own clearly marked space within an open studio plan, with common use utility sink and a bathroom. Lots of natural light. The available section is next to a large east-facing glass block window. We're steps from the Morse stop on the Red Line. Great space with excellent studio mates! Rent is $407/month, all utilities included.
