In need of a rehearsal, event, or studio space in Pilsen? Clinard Dance is looking for a part or full time renter to share our studio space with. Located at 1729 S. Halsted, our two floor studio features:Upstairs space: includes access to a Bluetooth sound system, bathroom, an abundance of natural light, ballet barres, and marley floors as well as access to WiFi, and mirrors. Includes chairs available for use for hosting shows, exhibits, etc. space seats 40 attendees. Square foot approx: 1500 sq ft.Downstairs space: includes access to Bluetooth speaker, WiFi, bathroom, floor to ceiling mirrors, and marley floors.
