Artists studio space available for rent in shared artists' loft. Good size open space approx. 170 square ft. within the overall open loft studio. You will be sharing with two professional working visual artists, both painters and one also sculpts. The space available is 14ft x 12ft (possibly big enough for two artists sharing). The loft has great light, hardwood floors, tall ceilings, timber beams and is very clean.
We are situated in a large artist's building very close to the Pilsen Arts District. The building recently underwent a total renovation and offers great security features such as cameras and keycard entry and has full time building management. The building has brand new service and freight elevators and is a great location with easy and free parking on the street outside.
