Private 25 sq ft space, with 9 ft ceilings. Wifi, utilities all included. Slop sink and washrooms are nearby studio. Loading dock and freight elevator. The unit has white walls, and and two functioning windows and a large 10ft x 6 ft wall of block glass that lets in great light. You can share the space with 1 other person, but both people need to be all the lease. The building is occupied by many artists, from photographers, to painters, and screenprinters. Its a very nice space to get inspired and meet other artists. Email to schedule a viewing.
