I am a clay sculptor and I need someone to share my studio space in the Flat Iron Arts Building at Milwaukee, Damen and North Avenues. Second floor, steps from the stairs and elevator. One of the best locations in the building! Your space is completely separate from mine, i.e.., your space, my space. you can be private or open to the public for sales and/or shows (Flat Iron has First Friday open studios) Perfect for a working artist, gallery, yoga studio, etc. Please, nothing too extreme - not too dusty, not too dirty, not too loud, not too smelly, etc. Approx 230 sq ft. Building has WiFi, heat, electric and a/c is included. Your space is approx 9'x25'. You will be my tenant, I am a tenant to the building.
