The space is shared with a graphic facilitator and visual strategist who works mostly on paper. This space would be great for artists/small businesses that use cleaner materials i.e. graphic designers, illustrators, works on paper, light painting and drawing, textiles, fashion designers, jewelry designers, etc.All utilities and wi-fi included. In addition to dedicated space, you will also have access to several amenities such as documentation space, short term project space, a kitchen and a restroom with a shower.Walls are a combination of painted brick and finished drywall, 8 feet high and painted white (ceiling is 10 feet). The floor is painted concrete.
