Shared Studio Opportunity! - Large bright studio available April 1st or May 1st in the Albany Park/Irving Park neighborhood. The studio is approximately 420 square feet which is split between 2 people (210 sf each). Dimensions are 15’8” x 27”. Rent is $485 per month for half the space. The space is shared with a graphic facilitator and visual strategist who works mostly on paper. This space would be great for artists/small businesses that use cleaner materials i.e. graphic designers, illustrators, works on paper, light painting and drawing, textiles, fashion designers, jewelry designers, etc. Images available here.

All utilities and wi-fi included. In addition to dedicated space, you will also have access to several amenities such as documentation space, short term project space, a kitchen and a restroom with a shower.

Walls are a combination of painted brick and finished drywall, 8 feet high and painted white (ceiling is 10 feet). The floor is painted concrete. Rent includes all of the following:

This studio is located near the intersection of Kedzie and Irving Park in a creative warehouse building. Studio spaces are located on the 1st and 4th floors. We are a collective of about 10-15 professional artists working in a variety of media. Studio members are required to sign a studio agreement. Lease term is 1 year with a 1-month security deposit and first/last month due at signing.
