Art Studio

Large bright studio available November 1st in the Albany Park/Irving Park neighborhood. The studio is 228 square feet. Rent is $598 per month. All utilities and wi-fi included. In addition to dedicated space, you will also have access to several amenities such as documentation space, short term project space, a kitchen and a restroom with a shower.

Walls are a combination of painted brick and finished drywall, 8 feet high and painted white (ceiling is 10 feet). The floor is painted concrete. Rent includes all of the following:

Air conditioning & heat
All utilities and wi-fi
Ceiling fans
Electrical outlet every 10 feet
Freight elevator - 5000lbs capacity
Loading dock
Slop sink
Restroom with a shower
Free gated parking
Shared kitchen
Shooting/installation wall
Temp project-based workspace on an as needed basis

This studio is located near the intersection of Kedzie and Irving Park in a creative warehouse building. Studio spaces are located on the 1st and 4th floors. We are a collective of about 10-15 professional artists working in a variety of media. Studio members are required to sign a studio agreement. Lease term is 1 year with a 1-month security deposit and first/last month due at signing.
