It has direct access to a large outdoor deck in the rear of the building. Very spacious and fitting for an office for a non profit/arts organization, an exhibition space or studio space for 1-2 artist. Hoping to collaborate with the user for programming in our large gallery spaces.Space includes shared bathroom and kitchen.Rent includes all utilities and wifi!
