We are opening 4 BRAND NEW STUDIO SPACES ON THE SECOND FLOOR! We’d love for you to join our creative community and make one of these affordable art studio spaces your own. Also, we have 2 AVAILABLE SPACES ON THE THIRD FLOOR next to our main gallery!
STUDIO 2 SECOND FLOOR EXPANSION: 140 SQFT - NATURAL LIGHTING - $595 A MONTH

• Let us know which space you’re interested in (second or third floor).
• Share a little about your work and what you’re looking for in a studio.
• Preference will go to visual artists!
• We’ll follow up with all the details you need to schedule a tour or secure your spot. These spaces won’t last long!
Rental agreements are signed for a year-long term. However, artists have the flexibility to leave mid-year or at any time with a 30-day notice. These spaces are all available starting January 1st, with a prorated first month depending on your move in date. If you’re interested, let us know which studio space you’d like to tour or claim, and we’ll send you the next steps.
