Trumpet-Sax-Trombone-Drums Needed for Brass Band
I am looking to start a professional quality brass band (think Youngblood/Lucky Chops) that plays at various gigs, possibly tours and does recording sessions, and is at a comparative level to the aforementioned brass bands. I am seeking quality jazz/funk players on the following instruments:
- 1 Trumpet
- 1 Alto Sax
- 1 Trombone (ability to play sousaphone is a plus, I would like to switch back and forth from time to time)
- The poster is the sousaphone player
- 1 Kit Player
These numbers can change based on the quality of applicants.
Duties
- Rehearse one time a week to develop ensemble cohesiveness and memorization
- Play at various gigs including weddings, city events, etc.
- Possible touring/recording sessions
