Studio Assistant

I am seeking a part-time assistant for my chainmaille jewelry brand, Daisy in Chains. This is currently a one-person operation, run out of my home studio. This position is part time at 5-15 hours per week, depending on workload, and flexible to your schedule. Paid hourly, $20/hr. I am mainly looking for assistance creating, editing, and posting social media content for my brand. Some of this work can be done from home. Other areas I could use assistance with include:

-Prepping rings for chainmaille orders

-Designing/executing photoshoots for marketing campaigns

-Misc administrative work

-Assistance running vendor booths at large events

-Business development

This position is very part-time for now, but if the business continues to grow, there is potential for the assistant position to grow as well.

The ideal candidate is creative, ambitious, enjoys creating online content, likes the aesthetic of Daisy in Chains, and can commute to my studio in Oak Park regularly to make content. No educational or prior work experience required, though you must be 18 or older to apply.
