Scenic Carpenter

We are looking for a skilled Scenic Carpenter to join our fabrication shop, specializing in exhibit, exhibition, and live experience projects. This role involves constructing scenic elements, staging, and custom builds using wood, metal, and other materials. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, cutting and assembling structures, and ensuring high-quality craftsmanship. Candidates should have experience with power tools, framing, rigging, and set construction techniques. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.

• Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a scenic carpenter in exhibits, events, theater, or film.
  • Proficiency in woodworking tools, construction techniques, and material handling.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and build to specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

  • Pay Range: $25 - $35 / Hour
