Music Instructor - Developmental Trainer
Locations: South Suburbs of Chicago
CTF ILLINOIS is seeking DSP's to support individuals with developmental disabilities by providing training and treatment in the areas of self-care, communication, self-direction, independent living, mobility and learning as directed by individual service plan and state and federal regulation. Adhere to and sustain the mission of the organization by providing the highest quality of services in order to enhance each individual’s skill development, health, freedom, and personal dignity.
Applicants should have a strong knowledge of music, note-reading, genres, and be interested in singing, playing instruments and guiding groups toward performances. The ability to play several instruments is desired but not required. Applicants will lead six groups of individuals per day and deliver a music curriculum in a positive and motivating manner.
