GigHubb is looking to hire a talented part-time Music Contract Coordinator for the Chicago area.

Duties & Responsibilities
– Managing, attending and conduct appointments with clients
– Work closely with director on leads, bookings, etc
– Communicating with artists, advertising partners, vendors, attend and manage expos, assorted media, etc
– Marketing and sales
– Attend occasional events, and in-person meetings as a representative of GigHubb
– Occasional travel for meetings, interview prospective talent, etc
Qualifications & Skills
– Strong sales and communication skills
- Some music knowledge
– Ableo to work as part of a very small team
– Extremely organized and motivated to work in a self-directed capacity at length
– A basic familiarity with Photoshop, email marketing software, etc
