Marketing Coordinator
Seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Coordinator to drive our marketing efforts across our trade show and hospitality divisions. This role plays a key part in developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media channels, creating compelling content, and supporting event marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with company goals and target audiences.
Social Media Management: Oversee and grow the company’s presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement.
Content Development: Create high-quality marketing materials, including blog posts, social media content, website copy, and email campaigns.
Event Marketing: Support trade show and hospitality event promotions by designing marketing collateral, coordinating outreach efforts, and producing event-specific content.
Collaboration with Sales & Operations: Work closely with internal teams to develop targeted marketing initiatives.
Performance Tracking & Analysis: Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing recommendations for optimization.
Brand Management: Ensure all marketing materials align with GCJ Companies’ branding and messaging.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
Experience: 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in trade shows, events, or hospitality.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, and PowerPoint.
Experience with social media scheduling and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) is a plus.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing content.
Organizational Abilities: Strong time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Detail-Oriented & Creative: Ability to produce high-quality work while maintaining brand consistency.
Self-Starter: Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
