Live stream/Video camera crewmember

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Camera Person to join our team on Sunday mornings. The Camera Person will play a crucial role in capturing high-quality video footage of our Sunday service livestreams and events. Main focus would be to work on cameras and ideally, if experienced, occasionally directing the live stream production. Sunday services include 3 cameras: multiple speakers, full band and vocalists. The ideal candidate will have a passion for videography, excellent technical skills, and a commitment to excellence in their work. Availability on 2 - 4 Sunday mornings per month (10:AM) is ideal.


  • Set up camera equipment before each service or event
  • Operate camera equipment during church services and events to capture high-quality video footage
  • Ensure proper framing, focus, and lighting for all shots
  • Collaborate with the production team to execute creative vision and maintain consistent visual style
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with camera equipment as needed
  • Tear down camera equipment after each service or event and ensure it is stored properly
  • Handle all equipment professionally and with care. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while operating camera equipment
  • To be a team player, assisting where needed to get the job done!


  • Previous experience operating camera equipment, preferably in a live event setting
  • Proficiency with camera operation techniques and terminology
  • Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain focus during live events
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with others
  • Flexibility to work Sunday mornings as needed, typically from 10:15AM – 1:15PM (up to 2-4 times per month)
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Would consider student or entry level position.
  • Knowledge of live stream directing is a huge plus, but not required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with live streaming equipment and software
  • Knowledge of audiovisual (AV) production techniques
  • Familiarity with church services and religious events
  • Knowledge of live stream directing is a huge plus, but not required
