Glenwood Avenue Arts Fest Volunteer Opportunities!

The Glenwood Avenue Arts Fest is seeking volunteers to assist in a variety of capacities at the upcoming 2019 festival, which will take place during the weekend of Aug. 16-18, at the intersection of Glenwood and Morse avenues in Chicago's Rogers Park neighborhood.

Specifically, we need the following types of help:

1. Friday morning and afternoon to help with hands-on set up. Friday evening to help with artist and crowd direction.

2. Saturday Morning Load In - we need people to check artists in and help give artists direction and assistance when loading in.

3. During the Festival we need volunteers to help with general assistance as needed, bring water to artists, and sit at artist booths when they need a lunch or bathroom break.

4. Sunday evening break down of the festival. We need some folks to be there when everyone is trying to leave and help put things away.

For more details or to sign up, contact Les at volunteers@glenwoodave.org.

The GAAF features more than 120 artist booths, live entertainment on two stages, a kids crafts area, live arts demonstrations, tasty food & drink, and more. Your participation in this great neighborhood event would be appreciated!
