We currently are looking for experienced Fine Art Installer/Packers for onsite work during EXPO Chicago. Prior experience in crating, handling, soft packing of artwork, 3D works, antiques and larger heavier Installations and De-Installations a must. The ideal candidate will be comfortable packing and moving a wide range of art objects. Primary responsibilities: -Communicate with Account Holder onsite throughout day to complete daily schedule. - Proper handling, of art objects, fragile and artistic material, using the appropriate methods for packaging, loading & securing for safe transport. - Installation/De-Installation of artwork. - Assistance with storage facility on the receipt and release of property Qualifications: - Experience driving with a Fine Art Transportation company or High End moving company. - Excellent communication skills, proficient in verbal and written English. - Thorough knowledge & experience with industry standards for handling, packing & installing works of art/antiques and high end furniture. - Ability to efficiently wrap/pack sensitive and valuable artworks/Antiques and high end furniture. - Capacity to work in a customer focused environment (gallery/museum/corporate office/private residence -
