Your role will involve providing support for the event guests. You'll be performing tasks such as check-in, distribution of ID badges and conference bags, providing directional support, and checking and scanning guest credentials. You'll need to have exceptional customer service skills, be well-spoken, and friendly.
The event will take place in Chicago, IL, at the Merchandise Mart. Mandatory paid training will be on June 8th from 2:00pm-4:00pm, and event days on June 12-14th from 8:00am-5:30pm. You'll be required to wear a branded T-shirt provided by GCJ Hospitality and pair it with black dress pants and clean black shoes.
