EVENT/CATERING / GIGS / WAITSTAFF WANTED - June 9/10/11/12

We are looking for experienced restaurant and/or catering staff to assist with large events at The Merchandise Mart - 222 W Merchandise Mart Plaza - (downtown loop – CTA Brown Line stop):

-- Sunday, June 9 (afternoon)

-- Monday, June 10 (morning, afternoon, evening)

-- Tuesday, June 11 (morning, afternoon, evening)

-- Wednesday, June 12 (morning, afternoon, evening)

Responsibilities - may include bussing, passing appetizers, beer/wine service, setting up and replenishing food stations, throwing out trash, etc. working with other staff and/or clients’ staff.

Uniform is Black Bistro: black dress pants (no jeans), plain black dress shoes, button-up long-sleeved black shirt, black tie, plain black closed-toe flat shoes, long black apron + wine key.

Neat, professional appearance.

Applicants must be extremely reliable and professional. Prefer food service experience (restaurant, catering, etc.) but will consider other.
