Early Childhood Performing Arts Instructor / The Stage School
The Stage School is currently seeking qualified Teaching Artists upcoming Early Childhood performing arts classes. We are seeking to staff multiple sessions / programs, as well as looking for Teaching Artists available to sub during the term.
Rising Stars (Ages 3 - 5)In our Rising Stars class, the instructor teaches basic skills in drama, singing, and dance to children ages 3-5. The instructor will be responsible for facilitating each class, preparing a weekly lesson plan, as well as teaching fundamentals in a fun and engaging way.
Mondays September 8-December 1510:30am-11:15am / 11:30 am-12:30pm / 12:45-1:30 pm (3 classes)
The Premier Program (Ages 4 - 6)
We are seeking a single teaching artist who can lead introductory exercises in singing, drama and dance. Students will present a revue style show called "Disney Dreams" as their end of term performance. All scripts, songs and production materials are provided. Teaching Artist will be responsible for casting, teaching/directing the material, performing on stage as narrator and coaching students at their final performance on Sunday, November 16.
Thursdays, September 11 till November 133:30 - 5 PMplus Sunday, November 16, 8 am call time / 10 am show

be motivated, energetic, and organizedhave a strong educational and professional background in the performing artshave experience teaching young children ages 3-6have a fun and outgoing approach to teaching young childrenhave a passion for teaching life skills to young people through the performing arts.
