The Opportunity:
We're looking for responsible, caring individuals to join our team as part-time Dog Walkers. This is a W-2 employed position with benefits like paid time off (PTO), 401(k) contributions, paid training, and bonuses. Many of our walkers treat this job as the perfect bridge between their creative pursuits and financial stability.

What You'll Do:

• Visit clients' homes to walk dogs or care for cats during the weekday (10am–4pm).

• Engage pets in safe, playful activity and provide enrichment for the full duration of the service (typically 30 or 60 minutes for dog walks or 2 hours for a pet sit)

• Follow detailed instructions on feeding, medication, and behavior.

• Communicate with clients and our team using your smartphone.

• Enjoy time outdoors, stay active, and get to know Chicago’s neighborhoods!

Compensation & Perks:

• On average, Walkers earn $250–$350/week for 15–20 hours/week.

• Pay is per walk—with bonuses available for reliability and route consistency.

• Enjoy $300 bonus after 90 days (for weekday route walkers).

• Work in your local Chicago neighborhood or nearby areas: Andersonville, Bucktown, Gold Coast, Irving Park, Lakeview, Lincoln Park, Lincoln Square, Logan Square, Loop, North Center, Old Town, Ravenswood, River North, Roscoe Village, South Loop, Streeterville, West Loop, Wicker Park

You Are:

• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Available Monday through Friday from 10am–4pm.

• Comfortable walking outdoors in all weather conditions.

• Reliable, communicative, and love animals.

• Have a smartphone with a data plan.

• Comfortable commuting to and and around select Chicago Service Areas (listed above).
