We are seeking a highly motivated and very personable individual to expand and broaden our aesthetic. We are a small operation with an all-hands-on deck work environment. The job is very client-facing and requires enthusiasm for educating our customers and creating a memorable sales experience. We keep very busy with everyday tasks to incuide processing fresh flowers and plants, plant maintenance, store tidiness, refreshing our merchandise displays, as well as taking orders in store and over the phone.

We strive to distinguish ourselves apart from the saturated flower-buying market by offering personal customer service and premium floral designs, plants, ceramic pots, & gifts.
A dynamic candidate would have interests in visual merchandising, branding through social media, sourcing new products, and a strong eye for color and composition with floral design. Most importantly is enthusiasm for floral and plant life.

We have a lot of fun at work and are excited to bring on another member to our creative team. Flexible scheduling is open to several part time retail associates while a strong suited candidate could fill in a full time role. Weekends and holidays are a must.
Floral design experience is a huge plus!
