In late 2015 LATITUDE developed the Fellowship program to provide essential training for artists interested in arts administration. Three Lab Assistants interested in furthering their involvement in the organization worked closely with the Executive Director to distribute the administrative duties and advance the collective learning structure that is essential to the organization's mission. This program has carried forward successfully into 2017 as an open application process and has proven to be a springboard for fellows into their future pursuits.

The Fellowship Program consists of three complementary positions focused on education, programming, and community outreach. Fellows influence the organization's development and direction, receive mentorship from staff and board members, and work closely with the Executive Director. Fellows are encouraged to bring their personal interests to the position and take initiative to tailor their experience at LATITUDE. Fellows are required to maintain one full on-site shift a week, attend weekly staff meetings, and assist in events on and off site, approximating 15 hrs a week. In exchange Fellows receive a $200/month honorarium, free membership and ink charges in the LATITUDE lab, and opportunities for continued technical and administrative education.
