Assistant Manager Ceramics Studio

Thrown Elements Pottery's Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in creating the warm, friendly, professional and creative environment which allows our clients to feel welcome and safe, letting them free to create. Our Assistant Manager is expected to display good leadership and communication skills, as well as, convey a mastery of our products, services, and facility. As a leader, this individual acts as a mentor and role model for all Associates and Interns, focusing on the daily functioning of the studio, as well as on customer service and the retail sales of our products and services.

This individual must be comfortable working in a team environment, yet excels at being independently self-directed, while having an enthusiastic personality that loves helping others find the space and tools they need to create.
